Siemens Energy has initiated the necessary steps to manage the operations and maintenance of the 300-megawatt combined-cycle power facility in Guyana. This infrastructure is a central component of the first phase of the national Gas-to-Energy initiative. Recently, officials from the energy firm held a meeting with Prime Minister Mark Phillips to coordinate the upcoming activation of the plant. The discussions focused on ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met for the successful start-up of the facility, which is expected to significantly impact the country's energy production capacity.
