This legal dispute remains ongoing while the parties await the outcome of formal arbitration proceedings. VAMED is challenging the authorization that allows state authorities to proceed with development works despite the unresolved contractual conflict. The company aims to halt these operations until the arbitration process reaches a final conclusion regarding the multi-million dollar infrastructure initiative.
