The company confirmed that operations returned to normal early Thursday morning. The outage was caused by damage to the provider's fibre infrastructure, which was reportedly inflicted by an external private firm unaffiliated with the telecommunications company. Technical teams were dispatched immediately upon detecting the fault to perform the necessary repairs. The provider has since verified that all affected services are fully functional for its customer base.
